Equine Therapy Pads

Using Stability Pads, your horse has an opportunity to experience their own habitual patterns and find ease when standing on the pads. Watch as they shift from anxious to calm, and from calm to a deep state of relaxation. Even more amazing, these improvements last long after the horse walks off the pads.

Flowtrition

Giving the nervous system the opportunity to change can be extremely beneficial on a physical and emotional level. Sometimes we are holding a pattern of tension due to an emotional or physical trauma from long ago.  Even though it is over and we have moved on, the body may be responding as if it is still occurring because the nervous system was affected deeply. Everything that we experience is communicated to us through the nervous system. The healthier the nervous system, the healthier the communication.

Red Light Therapy

Red light is absorbed by skin layers very efficiently and can be used for trigger and acupuncture points, scar tissue, wounds and infections.

Rising Horizon Bodywork.jpeg

Cranialsacral Therapy

Targeting the flow of cerebral spinal fluid in the spinal column, this gentle hands- on therapy addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum.

This gentle, non-invasive therapy works to release areas of compression and impeded flow that may be contributing to stress and pain.

Rehabilitation Strategies

Once the body has learned to move in a certain way due to compensations, the brain reprograms the default movement patterns.

While bodywork targets areas of imbalance, rehabilitation strategies allow for new programming to begin taking place.

Groundwork, stretching, strengthening, lengthening and many other similar exercises, even under saddle, can be used as forms of rehabbing the body.

Aroma Therapy from FrogWorks

Using the application of essential oils, this technique combines the unique benefits of human touch with the power of essential oils to create an overall wellness experience.

Sound Therapy

Tuning forks can be tremendously helpful when connecting to horses. Whether used before, during or after a session, they can assist in guiding the horse to a quiet place. Each fork represents a particular frequency that assists the body in healing. The fork is struck and placed on a specific bone or muscle. The sound frequency transmits through the body. It quickly signals the nervous system to get out of the fight or flight response and change to rest and relaxation.

Avazzia

This therapeutic device uses microcurrent electrical stimulation impulses which are transmitted by electrodes in the device, through the skin, to communicate with the body’s nervous system.

Avazzia TENS units are FDA registered and cleared for relief and management of chronic pain.
